Contact Lenses

Contact lens services are provided at our Kitchener and Guelph offices.

We offer a variety of contact lens types including the newest-generation materials for enhanced comfort, extended wear time, and specialty lenses that can be worn overnight. Contact lenses are available for those with regular (spherical), astigmatism (toric), or bifocal prescriptions. We also offer a variety of coloured and specialty contact lenses.

A valid prescription is required to book a contact lens examination. You can get a prescription and contact lens examination in the same appointment.

Current Contact Lens Wearers

As a current wearer, you will be fitted with a pair of trial lenses. You can choose to stay with your current contact lens brand, or choose from a selection of different brands. Once the lenses have been properly fitted, they will be available to order through our office. Subsequent orders for additional lenses can be placed through our office by phone or email.

New Contact Lens Wearers

New contact lens wearers will be provided with a mandatory instructional session to learn proper lens care and usage techniques, including insertion, removal, cleaning, and storing of lenses. At the end of the session you will be supplied with a trial pair of contact lenses, and a new starter kit with solution to continue your ongoing trial with contact lenses in your daily life. A follow-up appointment will determine if you are a candidate for continued contact lens wear.

Our contact lens customers qualify for regular progress checks to ensure the lenses continue to provide optimal fit and comfort.
